Q: When will I receive my order? A: Delivery times depend on your location and item/s and fulfillment center used to fulfill your order

●Europe: 6–8 business days● Australia: 2–14 business days ● Japan: 4–8 business days

International (other country’s and regions not listed above ) is 10–20 business days (the maximum time limit is rare)

Q: Where will my order be shipped from? A: Eden-Earth.com partner with a distribution company with locations worldwide!

Q: Will I be charged customs fees for my order?

A: Customs duties and additional taxes may apply to international orders. This fee is not under

Eden Earth’s control and assessed by the local customs office. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please check directly with your local customs office to see if duties and taxes apply to your purchase.

Q: My order should have arrived by now, but I haven’t received it yet. What should I do?

A: Before contacting us, please help us by the following:

Check the shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.

Ask your local post office if they have the package. Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them. If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn’t left at the post office or with your neighbour, please contact us at orders@eden-earth.com with your order number.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order is packed and ready to ship, we will send you a tracking link via email. Q: I received the wrong/damaged products what should I do?

A: We are very sorry if the ordered product arrived damaged. To help us resolve the issue quickly please email us at orders@eden-earth.com within 3 business days of delivery with brief description and two clear photos of the damaged product, the order number, and any other details you may have about your order. Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: Full refunds are offered to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items. If either of these situations occurs, contact us at

orders@eden-earth.com with two clear photos of the wrong/damaged items. Once approved, you will receive a full refund (minus the original shipping fees paid for the order) to the card used for the purchase within 5 business days.

You may be asked to return the item(within 7) business days at Eden-Earth’s expense) to the return address indicated on the original package, depending on your location and the item/s in question. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, or I’ve changed my mind.

Q: Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’re unsure about which size will fit best, consult our size charts. We have one for every item listed in our store, in the product description section.

Q: Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

A: No, we I’m afraid we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
